Based on your Shaw Direct billing cycle, your account will be paid at the same time every month. Each month, you'll receive a Shaw Direct statement reflecting your Pre-Authorized Payment amount and withdrawal date.

*Allow 4-6 weeks for processing. The Pay Per View (PPV) movies will appear on customer's account in the form of two (2) PPV movie credits (to a maximum cost of $6.99 each). PPV credit is only available to residential customers and is only redeemable for regular PPV movies, excluding events and adult movies, has no cash value and does not include ordering fees. Credits are not transferable. Any unused PPV credits expire 90 days after date of activation. The two PPV credits exclude applicable taxes and will appear on the customer's account in the form of a credit and will be applied upon activation of the promotion. The two PPV credits are a one-time offering.
